Cancellation & Refund Policies
Return Policy:
PlantsBD currently does not offer a return policy. In the event of receiving a damaged product, a replacement will be provided without the need to return the plant.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are applicable only in the case of damaged or dead plants. To initiate a replacement or refund, please follow the procedure outlined below:
(a) Send photos of the damaged plants via email to "info@plantsbd.com". The photos must clearly show the plant name stickers, damaged parts of the plant, and PlantsBD stickers in a single photo. Please note that torn leaves, dead flowers, and withered leaves do not qualify for replacement. It is mandatory to share the images within 24 hours after delivery.
(b) If unable to capture all three details in one photo, send a video capturing all details (not exceeding 20 seconds).
After reviewing the provided videos and photos, the PlantsBD team will determine if the case qualifies for a refund or replacement. Our priority is to provide a replacement. If a replacement is received in a damaged or dried condition, a refund will be initiated. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment method. For payments made through Bkash, the refund amount will be credited to the default account settings in your Bkash.
